Dr. Agnes Lenda is a licensed psychologist, Board Certified in Behavioral & Cognitive Psychology, and Director of the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Center at the Center for Integrated Behavioral Health (CIBH). She earned her doctorate in Combined School and Clinical Psychology from Kean University, followed by advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and DBT during her residency at CIBH.
Dr. Lenda specializes in supporting individuals who experience intense emotions and the challenges that can come with them. She helps people build skills for resilience, flexibility, and fulfillment in their daily lives. Her approach is active, collaborative, and grounded in compassion, engaging in meaningful, goal-directed work together.
Dr. Lenda believes that present-moment awareness and a nonjudgmental stance are foundations for growth, and she works alongside clients to foster curiosity, acceptance, and the confidence to build a a life worth living.
