Center for Integrated Behavioral Health is immediately hiring Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC’s), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW’s), and Licensed Psychologists to meet the growing demand for outpatient Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. We are immediately hiring and will provide small group and individualized intensive training, support, and consultation as you join our team and build a caseload. Are you strong interpersonally but require more training and skill building to adequately treat clinical populations? Our intention is to build enthusiastic and collaborative treatment teams who are passionate about providing high quality CBT and related psychotherapies. We are the only comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program in the region and provide both adolescent and adult DBT.  We are specifically growing treatment teams for Adolescents, Anxiety and Mood, Eating Disorders and Dialectal Behavior Therapy.

Located in Pennsylvania’s scenic Lehigh Valley, the practice is in close proximity to both New York City and Philadelphia and is right in the middle of the Mid-Atlantic corridor. Center for Integrated Behavioral Health, LLC offers a 1 year full-time postdoctoral residency training program in Cognitive & Dialectical Behavior Therapies. The Residency Program emphasizes intensive training and supervision in CBT and DBT under the direction of Board Certified Behavioral & Cognitive Psychologists. CIBH emphasizes the application of empirically supported treatments. A particular emphasis will be intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and 3rd Wave Behavioral Therapies. CIBH provides comprehensive adolescent and adult dialectical behavior therapy. If accepted, residents will have the opportunity to co-lead DBT skills training and join consultation team. The residency year is heavy on training and supervision. Training includes a minimum of 2 hours individual supervision, 3 hours of didactic and small group supervision, and weekly consult amongst the DBT teams. Our direct training include working with standardized patients and access to training videos that have been developed to assist in the learning of empirically validated treatment principles. A strong stipend of $50,000 is provided for the year with full medical and dental benefits paid by CIBH.

*Those graduating from APA accredited PsyD or PhD programs are now eligible to become licensed in PA without postdoctoral training hours. We are now offering the postdoctoral training for first year licensed psychologists at a salary of $70,000 plus benefits. This is an outstanding opportunity for graduates who still want to work in a training environment under the supervision of Board Certified Psychologists to learn expertise in CBT and DBT. Those who have completed the residency program and join our staff full-time for a second year earn starting salaries at $80,000+ with affordable health benefits, 401K with employer matching & paid time off. The Center for Integrated Behavioral Health (CIBH) is excited to introduce a comprehensive post-Masters degree training and supervision program designed to fulfill supervised hours towards a License as a Professional Counselor (LPC). With free supervision provided by Licensed Psychologists and Professional Counselors, this program offers an exceptional opportunity for professional growth.

The training curriculum offers an immersive experience with a focus on Cognitive and Dialectical Behavior Therapies, encompassing 1.5 hours of weekly didactic and skills-based training. Trainees will learn the core principles of third wave behavioral therapies, with a particular emphasis on mindfulness and acceptance-based behavioral therapies. To augment the learning process, trainees will have exclusive access to training videos that showcase empirically validated treatment principles for prevalent outpatient concerns, including anxiety and mood disorders, post-traumatic stress, disordered eating, and self-harm/suicidal ideation. This comprehensive approach equips trainees with the necessary tools to address a wide range of psychological challenges commonly encountered in outpatient settings.

As part of the program, trainees will have the invaluable opportunity to work with standardized patients, gaining hands-on experience in real-world scenarios.

This training program offers the flexibility of either full-time or part-time employment. This allows trainees to maintain employment with other organizations while expanding their clinical expertise.
