Dr. Kendra Kautz, D.C. is a Chiropractor and Holistic Health Consultant specializing in women’s health, nervous system regulation, and root-cause healing. She is passionate about bridging the gap between physical health and mental well-being—helping women reclaim their energy, balance their hormones, and feel safe in their bodies again.
Her work is grounded in the understanding that mental health symptoms are often the body’s way of signaling deeper dysregulation—whether it stems from emotional suppression, nervous system imbalances, hormone shifts, gut dysfunction, or blood sugar instability. Rather than masking these symptoms with medication alone, Dr. Kendra helps patients uncover why they’re struggling—and what their body needs to come back into balance.
Dr. Kendra holds a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences and has completed over 100 hours of training with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), with a focus on pregnancy, postpartum, and pediatric health. In addition, Dr. Kendra has extensive education in functional nutrition and lab evaluation, allowing her to interpret hormone panels, blood work, and metabolic markers with a root-cause lens.
She has worked with high-performing athletes through UC Irvine Athletics and now specializes in helping women at every stage of life—from hormonal imbalances and anxiety to trauma recovery and postpartum depletion—through holistic, individualized care.
At the core of her practice is the belief that mental health cannot be separated from the body. Her mission is to help women feel regulated, resilient, and rooted in their own healing.
