After graduating from the College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware with a degree in Marketing and Business Management, Sean McFillin began his career with an advertising agency in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania working directly with franchisees of Kentucky Fried Chicken. Sean managed the local advertising investments up and down the east coast of the United States, providing him with practical experience localizing a national brand.

Sean McFillin and American Honda Motor Company crossed paths in 2005 when he moved to Los Angeles, California to work with Dailey and Associates, the advertising agency for American Honda’s Powersports Business Unit. In two years with Dailey, Sean furthered his development working on national advertising campaigns and new model launches.

After a short stint with a privately held company working on packaged goods, Sean returned to American Honda as Assistant Manager of Advertising. During that time Sean pursued accountability of the Powersports advertising investments. His inquisitive nature focused on trending website data, lead management and media investment efficiencies.

In 2018, Sean was promoted to Manager of the Powersports Export department, responsible for the sales, production and global distribution of Honda’s ATV’s and Side-by-Side vehicles manufactured at Honda South Carolina. From there, Sean was chosen to lead his Business Unit on the enterprise wide project that established American Honda’s Customer Experience Office. This project explored all aspects of the customer shopping and ownership journey to build one platform providing a personalized and seamless experience.

Sean’s responsibilities at Center for Integrated Behavioral Health include evaluation of the practice finances, negotiations, clinician retention, recruitment, marketing and social media. You can listen to Sean as a co-host on the “Radically Genuine Podcast”.
